im a skinny 6'5" kid and i weigh about 165 im really hopin to get to 200 pounds by next bball season any good exercises and diets any other people have done

If you gain 35 pounds to quick, it will be all fat!! Weight train heavy and add 500-1000 more calories to your diet....and take in at least 200 grams of protein daily. but this is not as easy as it sounds, I would strongly recommend you do some research on both dieting and training...also look into Whey protein powder

Hit the gym and start lifting.

And if you plan to put on extra weigh, I suggest plyometrics

Just eat, you will naturally get bigger.
