I heard on the new s about the last ten cars in a funeral was stopped for a DUI check . some people were late for the burial .does any one have a link to this item . I tell people and they dont belive me .

Man, I hadn't heard about this one either. If this is true, I hope the officers involved in disrupting this funeral procession had sufficient and reasonable cause for their actions. Putting a loved one in the ground is hard enough.

It could happen. Driving is driving. If you drive, then you can get stopped for a DWI check. I don't think there should be a special exception for funerals. Big deal, they missed the burial. The dead person isn't going anywhere.
