No, when you are blind your memories are actually stored in a different formate. But she would recognize your voice. Also the story that those that are blind feel peoples faces, is a myth. Usually doing that just makes both people unconformable so most blind don't do it.

I don't know about your face, but she might recognize you by something else, like the sound of your voice or the way you smell.

only if she felt your face again, and probably not. once regaining the ability to see, her feeling of touch will subside slightly just as it probably got really strong when she lost her sight.
she would probably recognize you more from your voice.
