depends on which engine you have. the four cylinder 2.2l, the filter is passenger side in the back, about a quarter of the way up from the oil pan, the 3.1, just in front of the oil pan, under neath, probably not yours due to the nature of your question...

i own a shop,and if you,ll look on the side of the engine toward the firewall you,see it there,gm kind of tried to hide this one from us,but its a lot easier to get to from under neath of the car,you cant even see it from the top,but drive it on a set of car ramps,this makes it easy to get on and off ,good luck i hope this helps.
