Here right under your question is a small toolbar with a tiny pencil icon. Click on the pencil icon and then onto "add details". Write your comments there in the box that opens. Click "submit" and your comments will show up immediately under your question. You can add details as often as you like. Also, if you click on people's avatars, the little thumbnail images next to their answers, their Q&A page opens. On that page, you'll see an e-mail link to contact them directly. Some people do not allow e-mail, though, and that will be said on their Q&Q page. Welcome to Yahoo Answers!

One way to reply to answers-
Edit your question details on thoughts. Only do this once or twice for it gets a bit confuzing for people who haven't been part of the question and you responding is all out of order! But thism is a great way for answerers to get feedback on their answers (besides getting the best answerer 10 points award scheme!).

You can just go to my profile and e-mail me but you can't reply any of the questions. There is add details and you can direct that to a user for your own question. Good one.
