Kansas stole my idea and I have already talked to the U.N. and the World Churches/Religions Headquarters about the idea.

You should have gone to the US Patents office as soon as you had the idea/concept.

The UN is neither a court nor a government. Nor do they enforce any rights. They are just a social club with member nations.

So, yes, you are wrong. If you want to sue Kansas, you need to file a lawsuit in Kansas state court.

And as far as your mention of "concept design rights", you are completely mixing up the separate intellectual property concepts of copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, and patents. Each of these is separate and each is covered by separate laws. And the UN has nothing to do with any of them.

The UN does not handle that kind of dispute. Hire a lawyer.
