I would choose, hands down, Julian McMahon (ex-Cole Turner on "Charmed" and currently on "Nip/Tuck". He is also in the new Sandra Bullock movie "Premotion" (he plays her Husband) and he also played "Dr. Doom" in the Fantastic Four).
I think he is as close to perfection as you are going to get, at least in my opinion.
By the way - Shemar Moore is also a hotty.

I would Choose Colin Firth to be my Butler, and he would have to Rein-act scenes from Pride and Prejudice, and Bridget Jones Diary. Thus I would need some massaging on my feet, and back, before I slept. Then some chocolate covered strawberries served to me in the mornings. Yummy!
