Life wasn't meant to be easy. We all go through trials and tribulations. Cheer up problems don't last forever. I fail at things sometimes, but I don't give up. I just keep on going at it until I get it right. Get out and exercise it might help your stress and mind.

I don't know. But I feel like I can relate. Just keep trying. I'm sure you have a passion/hobby or whatever that you've been wanting to pursue. Give it a try. It might not make you feel better right away, but it might eventually help boost your confidence. ... It's what I'm gonna try doing. I write lyrics and I want to learn to play the guitar so I can write music too. Decide what you're really into and go for it. See what it does. If you fail, it's not really that huge of a deal. Just move onto the next.

Hey Dustin, don't forget you're the greatest person in your universe. You are what you think you are. If you think you're a failure, that's what you will be. If you think you're a success, then a success you will be. Begin by learning to love and honor and respect yourself. If you can learn to love and respect yourself, to accept yourself as you are, without judgment, then you will find your life will be much easier. First of all, I'll bet you've never failed at anything. It's all a matter of how you look at it. When you undertake a task, you don't set out to fail...you set out to succeed. So, the next time you begin a project, first outline what you think has to be done to make the project a success. Begin with the first step. What is the first step? It's whatever you decide needs to be done to get the project moving. Everything begins with a first step. Then what's the next thing to do? Next? And so on. Pretty soon the project has been completed. You are a success. I know it. So do you.

Failure is the basic building block of success. While failing isn't fun, it's an essential ingredient to figuring out anything. Think about when you were a baby and just learning to walk. Did you start running and dancing around the room? Of course not. You fell on your face, probably a lot.

But you got back up again. That's really the only difference between a successful person and a failure - the willing to get back up again.

I don't know if that answer made you feel any better, but I do know that if you take it to heart, try again and again till you succeed, you will feel better.

Good luck.

Move along
even when your hope is gone.

Having confidence wont change much, I know from experience, You may not fail everything you try but I have. I can't keep my family together, Love is not coming my way any time soon, The stories that I write suck. My grades suck. I'm alone because every one abandoned me. My friends betrayed me. I failed my self countless times. I've broken promises to my self. I can't stand to look at myself in the mirrior. I can't see vey well.

but I keep moving you haven't failed, you just hit a bad streak it will get better. Know that as long as you can keep moving forward that you have not failed. I take pride in everything I do even failure. The pride I have gives me the confidence to keep moving, to keep trying. So pep up. Put on a fake smile if you have to and sooner or later that smile would become real, as long as you move along.

What kinds of things? You just have to find what you’re good at. Sometimes it takes a lot of trail and error to do that. If you're not good at one thing, big deal, try another thing. But if you go into everything *expecting* to fail, then you will fail.

you fail because you expect to fail. Good luck on the out come of your life, unless you get a backbone from somewhere you will continue to fail.

It's free, and only takes a short time. I don't COMPLETELY agree with it, but I think it's good.
