first you need to learn better english. are you a legal citizen? If so you can go seek help for discrimination, otherwise you won't be able to until you have your child and it is the citizen whose mother needs help.

It is hard to follow what you exact question is. In the United States, an employer cannot fire you just because you are pregnant as it is protected under EEOC; however, they can fire you for any other number of reasons (absenteeism, not doing work, etc.)

What sounds like happened from what you are saying is that this woman, your landlord, works at the same place you do and after you assisted her in her department one day she was unhappy or upset about something you said or did and was complaining to the manager. It sounds like the manager was trying to determine what the problem was, but since she doesn't speak English and the manager may not speak whatever her native tongue is, he called her husband, who just happened to be a police officer, to try to figure out what her complaint was.

You are highly unlikely to be fired unless you have done something wrong or against company policy; what most likely will happen from here is the supervisor will want to hear your side of the story and then determine appropriate action from there. If a minor disagreement or misunderstanding, will likely pull you both into the office and tell you that you both need to be considerate of each other an work as a team. If her beef with you is due to your interactions with each other outside of work, you will both be asked to leave you disagreements at the front door and not bring them into the workplace; you are both there to do a job and you need to focus on that, not petty differences.

If it is a major disagreement, one or both of you may be assigned to different departments and/or shifts to avoid intereaction between both of you in the workplace.

As you indicate she is your landlord, it more likely could impact how long she continues to rent to you. If you have a lease in place, as long as you are abiding by the terms and conditions of the lease and making all payments on time, there will not be a whole lot she can do. Once the lease expires, she will not be required to renew it and could give you written notice to move.

i dont think she can have you fired because she feels that you disrespected her in some way. your boss who have to have resonable proof that you can not do you job in any sense. i would just try to stay away from her while you are at work and if you can't then try and act like an adult and then if anything happens your boss might see that you had nothing to do with anything

i don't think you'll own the busniess but if your boss fired you because you are pregnant they are going against the state law and minorty woman for being pregnant. i think you may have a case on your hands contact a lawyer who specailzes in things like this.
