That happened to me! And no, there was not a second date. She was on the phone for about 3 minutes, talking to her friend about me. She said she was pretty sure I was nice and wouldn't kill her and hide her body. (Where in the heck did that come from???)

Depends on the importance of the call. Work demanding you be somewhere, mom saying dad's in the hospital, etc.

i would as long as it wasnt very long id say one call under five minutes is good for me...i mean i know my husband loves me but he still doesnt get that its usually rude to answer the phone when we are at a restaurant....if its his work he gets off the hook
