Can you all please tell me the honest truth if I'm pretty or not? (I'm going through some self esteem issues) I tried to make my avatar look like me. It kind of does, except my hair is brown black and straight. My eyes are dark dark brown, I have paleish skin. I'm around 5'2 and skinny.

I don't have acne. Occasional pimple, yes but no acne.

I'm 14 and I don't try to be skinny. I'm just like this. All I am to myself is me. I'm nothing special because I've known me my whole life.

I am soooo jealous! I am 15 and have been struggling with acne for a long time, I even have scars, so be proud of your skin. The most important thing to remember if you want to be pretty is to smile! I have seen so many girls at my school who think they're ugly, but they are soo pretty when they smile, and I'm absolutley certain that you are too.

Yes, of course you're pretty! You need to quit being so hard on yourself. Of course, that's easy for me to say, right?
Have you gone to have a "make over" where someone who is trained shows you how to do your make up and maybe even hair? Years ago, I had this GLAMOUR SHOTS photo taken and I was shocked by how different I looked with someone else doing my hair and make-up. Try it, it should boost your self confidence but remember that personality is important, too, just as important if not more important than looks. Be cheerful, upbeat and energetic. Don't be needy or dependent.

Stop fishing for compliments. You're short, and skinny is never a good thing in my book. Get over yourself. No one who thought they were ugly or had self esteem issues would post what they look like online, without lying. No one here can tell you if you're pretty or not honestly, because no one knows what you look like. Ok? You're 5'2, skinny, dark hair, dark brown eyes, pale skin... but you're not gonna say "I have acne, my hair is greasy and flakey, my skin is also flakey on my arms, and I have red itchy patches"... you're just giving a very vague description, and odds are, if you had acne or anything gross like that, you wouldn't say, because you're looking for everyone to say "oh my god, you're gorgeous".
Which, most people will say, because they want 10 points.

cant tell by avatar but as far as not being special everybody is special to someone it took me 20 years to find the person that says im special and who means it we have been together since . year 13 hopefully many more.

everyone is pretty. i am sure u r gorgeous! everyone goes through that faze. trust me i did for a long time and now that i am grown up and can see how pretty i am, i am way more comfortable about myself!
