How about Carbonic Acid and Calcium Hydroxide:

H2CO3 + Ca(OH)2 → CaCO3 + 2H2O

You need a specific acid and a specific base for this. Try Ca(OH)2 and CO(OH)2 [dissolved CO2 in water].
Then Ca(OH)2 + CO(OH)2 -> CaCO3 + 2H2O.
