Were the "Good old days" really good for you?
or were they the "Bad old days"?

I find it ironic that when most people say 'the good old days', they're talking about a time when the cold war was in full rage, racism was at a disgusting high and the economy wasn't doing very well. That being said, I do miss the 60's and 70's. Just not for those reasons.

In some ways the GOOD OLD DAYS were good and in other ways bad....:
Outhouse to go potty good or bad? BAD
3 of us girls sleeping in a double bed -- me at the bottom BAD!
Picnics every weekend and going to church and family baseball games and singing GOOD
Not enough money for Christmas? Bad for the kids....sorry,

I have a few regrets but other than that, I consider my memories the Good Old Days!!
