1. make sure you have uploaded the correct file (name and file size).
2. make sure the page refers to the correct source (generally these are saved under the same folder so there shouldn't be any difficulty).
3. Make sure the browser you are using allows this kind of images (search on the Help files of your browser).

The red X is telling you that the file can't be found. Right click on the next image box you see with an X in it and check the properties. Chances are it will say it can't find it.
check your image locations and where your code is calling them from.

Hi. The red X is a sign of a pop-up blocker. Turn yours off.

if your image is at http://www.something.com/images/something.jpg dont put just /something.jpg like you can in html you have to put the ./something.jpg to move up to the correct directory (note the .)
