I also highly recommend going to crucial.com and scan. It's easy and fast. Another option would be downloading the beta version of everest 07. It tells you everything, I mean everything you need to know (overclocking, fan speeds, Ram setting, benchmarking etc)

Find the model number, and visit the Samsung web site and find the user manual.....Model number should be underneath the laptop.....

go to samsung .com and look for softwear/ hardwear... then type in your model number, look for ram or memory cards
