Yes, you can. I have 5 holes in each ear and I've used peroxide on my earings since I was 8. It works as good as alcohol. You can use the peroxide to sterilize your ears/body part before you reinsert the ring also.

peroxide wont completely sterilize an earing but it will clean it pretty well.

yes, it will. that's what they use at tatoo parlors, to sterilize the skin, but it also works on earings.

and certainly it will sterilize.
no germs can live after u dip it in hydrogen peroxide

soak the earring in a bowl of hot soapy water..
rinse well in a bowl of clear water..
dry well.
( don't wash it in the sink..you could run the risk of it falling down the drain)

I'd suggest rubbing alcohol
