No, not really. I have one rule though the food must not be moldy or not beyond its expired date or on its expired date.

I follow the diabetic diet, not because I am a diabetic, but my uncle and my nephew are and it's a good move to prevent me from becoming diabetic as I am hypoglycemic and could "turn" if I dined on JimBoy's, McD's or "Carb Delights."
Bonus I got is that is a sensible, not really restrictive diet as you can "budget" any thing you want including a chocolate bar if you don't live on chocolate alone or even "fat things" such as pasta with a rich sauce. Bonus #2 is since I have been following this regime is I dropped 20 of the 50 pounds I gained from taking prescribed steroids for an entirely different condition..no endless hours at the gym, living on nasty powdered nostrums from the drug store shelf or public weigh ins at a reduction center. I could be here under false colors as the diabetic diet is not punitive and my health has obviously improved plus I even get to eat exotic foods as long as I control my proportions and don't get exclusive about any one food group.

I eat what I want to eat. i mean as long as it's a reasonable amount. society puts WAY too much stress on appearances and dieting. Dieting is good for health, but too often it can result in eating disorders which is the opposite of health.

i can tell you wat to avoid in order to stay healthy and fit but just a strict diet doesnt mean health automatically u gotta exercise regularly and drink a lottt of water ... make sure the intake of protiens .. fibres ....carbs... meats.....etc is well balanced out...greens are always good.... try to avoid eatin bigg meals.... instead of 3 huge meals a day have 5 - 6 small meals through out the day and never lie down right after eating.. food takes 4 hours to digest so have ur dinner 4 to 5 hours before bed time.... and yeah avoid soft drinks...theyre full of calories ...avoid sweet stuff ..... i mean u can have em but in very small quantities ...... hmm oh yeah fatty foods...fried foods...fast food isnt the best idea towards a healthy way of living.......most of all u have to have a really strongg will power before anythin else !!.............. hmm i guess thats bout all i can help ........ good luck !!

I'd like to look my best and be healthy, so I try to have a banana with breakfast and for lunch I have apples and carrots and then usually at the end of the day I am so sick of fruits and veggies that I just eat what ever I want.

no i usually eat what i feel for but now i am cutting the grease and extra fat from my diet. It makes my face shiny. But otherwise from my regular intake of chicken, i will chow down on any local cuisine and fruits. I do not fancy ice cream one bit though.

I used to be an emotional eater: meaning I ate just about anything. But now I eat more vegies and fruits and healthy food with protein and calcium.
