Do you have any stories that happened to you or some1 you know at a restraunt? I told this story once but the other day I took my Grandmother to a pretty fancy place to eat. I'm VERY picky so I was glad to see they had pizza. I ordered 2 slices of pepperoni and when she brought it she had forgotten the pepperoni so she went to the kitchen,came out w/a handful of pepperoni in her BARE hands! And proceeded to put them on my pizza. Taking the time to push each piece down in the pizza w/her fingers! I was so shocked. My Gram said, she can do it thanks.And the girl said oh! no! I will do it. I coulda swore we were on a hidden camera show. Who does that?! It was so gross! She was so nice I didn't wanna say anything.So whats your story?

also at another place I was eating garlic bread knots and all the sudden 2 black ants crawled out from them! They actually still made us pay!

Friends were having a nice family dinner at a local oriental restaurant - Just sitting at their table eating and a rat fell out of the ceiling landed on their son's back then fell to the floor and ran into the kitchen!!!!!! ewwwwwww
My daughter and I were having a nice lunch at a Picadilly Restaurant the cafeteria style one and a cockroach just came from under the table and sauntered across the table - I called the manager over and he didn't even offer money off the ticket - I never went back and never intend to -ewwwwwwwwww

What the waitress did was EXTREMELY rude. If that ever happens to you again, say something, because that violates health code.
I worked in restaurants, and all I'll say is that sometimes people aren't very considerate. This isn't always true, but I've seen some pretty rotten things happen. Just know that when you go out to eat, even though you're at risk of being exposed to unsanitary conditions, chances are it won't harm you.

I was eating a salad, and all of the sudden I felt something like GUM in my mouth. It was sticking to my gums-(lol), but when I finally got it out, I looked and could not tell what it was. It was clear-like. The Manager came over, I showed him, and he said that maybe it was the "plastic wrap" the lettuce came in. I still have no idea what it was...we never went back there again.

I used to work at a restaurant with a bunch of crazy stoners back in 1979. They would constantly drop food on the floor and pick it up and send it out to the table. I was in high school and I didn't smoke weed, so I quit after only 6 months.
The restaurant closed 2 years later. Health Dept. shut it down.

I used to work in a Jack in the Box back in my school daze. We had pranks that we pulled on people we knew. Back then, drink lids were a flat piece of cardboard that would fit in the groove near the top of the cup. There was a straw hole that was on the lid that had to be pressed through to work. We would double lid a drink making sure the straw holes were not lined up. They would push harder and harder on the straw with no success, finally pounding it through causing the lids to fly off and their soda getting all over their clothes. Or we would put a lid in a burger, making it impossible to bite through.

there was a wild fight with several people about a month ago, several yrs. ago, I was having coffee in the same restaurant, Iwas hearing a loud cracking sound come from the mens room, I turn to security & ask what that noise is, he checks it out: A guy had another guy by his hair slamming his head into the wall!-blood everywhere!-that drunk left in handcuffs, the other left on a stretcher in the ambulance. (this restaurant gets fights every weekend.)

Restaurant that I was at once in the 1980s had roaches running around on the floor. Never went back. We told the manager and our meal was free.

I read in my local paper where a Chinese restaurant in my town got caught taking vegetables out of the dumpster at ferrs restaurant. And after they picked the veggies they found they took them over to there Chinese restaurant and cooked them up. They were shut down permanently after that.

& OOOOHHHHs @ the lovely display
of chicken on top of this huge gorgeous
salad I was bringing thru, & SHE REACHES
OUT & TAKES ABOUT 4 STRIPS OFF !!!!
Hate her !!! She got fired real soon after that !
Contrary to most folks impresion of servers,
the professional staff do care & go the extra smile !

When I worked as a sous chef I once put onions in a salad in an order where there were suppose to be none because the customer was deathly allergic........Thank God she checked it before she ate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
