Yes. Spanish subtitles and Spanish audio track.
Now if you're asking if the movie itself has Spanish in it, then the answer is no.

Spanish is a standard on 99% of all Region 1 dvds since about half the USA population is of spanish origin now. So don't worry, be happy or just go plain LOCO!!!!

check the language and the subtitles on the back of the DVD.It should on there if there is.
