need some blog help plzzz?

I made a blog at bloger.com, and I was wondering if anyone would know how i can get people to look at this. when i am not online. http://the-heavenly-home-page.blogspot.com/ hrer is the blog i made if it would help to look befor you give me your answear thanks

Your blog is always online, you have to promote it so that people will become aware of its existence.
Look into rss and pinging.
Next it is very hard to read because of the snowflake background. You need to do something about that, it's annoying.
