Hi ya. I am assuming you know if your problem is because of allergies and colds or not. If this is an allergy problem then the following allergy solutions and latter anti inflammatory ideas will help. If it is not an allergy problem the latter anti inflammatory solutions should still help if the problem is caused by a cold but you need to be allergy tested if you don't know the root causes of the problem. If the doctor tries to talk you into allergy shots I honesty wouldn't because they have caused me and all of my friends more dangerous health problems than they have solved. I've got some ideas here for people with allergies and some anti inflammatory product ideas too. Get on the web site, www.vitaminshoppe.com and they have A homeopathic product made by NATRA-Bio called Outdoor Allergy, product ordering number is NB - 1333 You can find this with their search space looking for NATRA-Bio.The same website also has an excellent natural allergy prevention pill. Look up Quercetin and you will find Doctor's Best brand of Quercetin and Bromelain order number DB - 1002 The Vitamin Shoppe brand is also fine but you must get a formula with the Quercetin and the Bromelain both. This type of pill is a digestive enzyme with a fruit fiber that acts in an anti allergy way when combined. You can take this with or without alergy medicine because there are rarely any negative side effects if ever. Another product you can get to boost the immune system and help with allergies or to remove the after effects of a cold is a trace ellement called Germanium. You will have to use their search engine to find this. Make sure you get a formula that is a Sublingual formula of Germanium. You take this by placing this under the tongue and holding it there for several minutes so that it is absorbed by the sublingual gland under the tongue. This trace ellement is found in herbs like Siberian Ginseng and Aloe Vera. Another website is www.health-care-beauty.com/ They have another NATRA-BIO product there called Adrenal Support which is a homeopathic remedy. This is an anti inflamatory product and can help to allow the ear to open up. you can find it in pill or liquid formula but sublingual formulas are best. Another website is www.toolsforwellness.com They have things for relaxing like For instance silk biocircuits which help you to get a good deep sleep especially when used regularly. You can also find an online reflexology chart which can help by simply applying constant pressure to the needed areas. Also to help you to cope in the meantime put a small fan on the floor and drape a shirt over it and turn it on to get a roaring noise from the fan. Well some of that should help and don't forget to relax from time to time because that as much as anything can help to restore you -- "Best of Luck" -- Zeroartmac.

Yes, I have it. Sometimes it's really bad & other times, not so bad. I don't have any good news for you - I tried some herbal vitamins, didn't work. The worst part for me is if someone isn't speaking clearly, I can't understand them. And I'm sure it's gets annoying to them for me to say, 'excuse me?' My 2 teens get bothered, but they mumble, which makes it so much worse. I'm sorry - but I guess it could be something much worse. right? If you don't mind me asking, how old are you? I'll be 50 in May & was diagnosed 2 yrs. ago. I went to many, many concerts growing up & 'they' say it was the music. All that classic rock - I'll never give it up.

I wish I had good news for you but my mother and my sister both have tinnitus and there isn't much you can do about it. It's something you have to get use to living with and hopefully someday they will have a cure for it or even some kind of treatment. My only suggestion is turn the music up louder and try concentrating harder on the music. Good-luck and sorry I'm not much help but you have my sympathy.
