Elizabeth Taylor married Conrad Nicolas Hilton Jr in 1950 (divorced in 1951)... they had no children. Nicky Hilton died in 1969.
Conrad's brother Baron had a child named Richard Howard Hilton who's daughter is Nicholai "Nikki" Olivia Hilton (born 1983). That makes her Conrad Nicolas "Nicky" Hilton Jr.'s great niece.
Their other relationship... both are richer than sin, and love their alcohol.

Your form of logical is terrible! The ARE NOT related. How old is Nikki Hilton? How old is the former Husband #1? See they do not correspond.
