You have underwear. right? Young kids don't use toilet papers. After peeing, they pull up their underwear. thats it.

I always keep some of my purse just in case. But if there is none I go to a digfferent stall or I go into the boys bathroom if Im really desperate and can't make it to another place.

Oh I've had an emergency plan for this situation for years. Well I always have my cell phone on me, so I would call a friend who wasn't too far away. Now I have given select friends backup keys to my apt in case of an emergency. They can get in, go in the closet, and get a nice fresh roll of Charmin for me. And of course for their trouble I would treat them to lunch the next day.

I would either ask the person next to me or I would pull some Kleenex out of my purse because I always carry it just in case.
