Is it natural for a 19 yr. old male to have little patches of hair on top of his feet and on top of his toes? I keep it trimmed back with scissors but it is still noticeable. I don't want to shave it off b/c then it will be worse when it comes back. Is it natural?

It will NOT come back heavier, thicker, or more...
The hair you have will just come back no different.

i would say that such hair is natural...
But I will add that it normally is natural for a guy a lil older than you...I really didn't notice all that hair until I was like 30yr old..
it is akin to say back hair,,
Perhaps you are of an ethnic backround like the Italians which naturally have more hair and earlier on

Heck yes. That is definately normal! Alot of men have that. My boyfriend has that also. If youdon't like it you could always use Nair. It's a hair removal cream, it's very simple and it only takes a couple minutes. Good luck!*
