The truth for me is... I thought the movie was slow. Everyone talks about how it was so monumental, and such a great move for the gay community and other praise... but the fact is, parts of it were slow and boring. Like the part where he is at the parent's house. I was like when will it be over. And whenever I say this to people, I want to clarify that it's NOT an issue with the gay, it's just slow and boring! But I am glad I saw it or else I would always wonder!
