Once a bill is approved by both the House and the Senate, it will go to the President for signature and veto.

So, the funding bill, with whatever restrictions or amendments are included, will be vetoed (if at all) by Bush.

bushes unless those idiots in congress put a bill together with no strings attached, that also means a troop withdrawal date.
but why should bush be damned for this, congress approved the war, write the check. period end of story.
