Although there are many players can play 3 or maybe even 4 positions, players that can do all 5 are extremely rare.

Before I give you my top 5, I have a problem with the players you listed, except Odom. Here's why.

KG couldn't play either guard position. He's not a standstill shooter that #2 guards must be, and he can't handle like a point guard. Wallace couldn't play center or point guard. He's a great athlete, but he'd get dominated in the paint by much bigger, heavier players, and he can't dribble. Ditto for Josh Smith. Harrington? Definitely not point guard, but he'd be close to making my top 5.

Here's my top 5: Odom yes. He's not the strongest ball-handler, but he can shoot with range, has the vision and passing skills of a point guard, and is big enough to play with frontliners.
Ron Artest - Love him or hate him, he can guard anyone. Plus, he has a decent handle, can shoot with range, can find open teammates, and is strong enough to do battle in the paint.
Boris Diaw - Not quite the handle of a point guard, but can play anywhere you put him, and succeed.
LeBron James - Yep, that's right. Any position. 6'8 - 240lbs, can handle, shoot, and is physically very strong.
Lastly, a player you may not have ever considered - Ruben Patterson. Only weapon he's missing is the outside shot of a shooting guard. He can guard big guys, handle and pass, and he can score from the low post against smaller, or bigger players.

It's very difficult to find a player that can play all the positions, especially since there is a major difference in the style of play between guards and centers; however, here is my list of the most versatile players in the NBA.

LeBron James- has the ball-handling abilities and court vision of a true point guard; has a good shooting touch; has the quickness and speed you look for in a guard; has the size to match up with most of the forwards in the league (6-8, 240)
Shawn Marion- can handle the ball; very explosive scorer inside and can hit the outside jumper; very quick so he can match up with guards and has the size and strength to go up against forwards
Tayshaun Prince- capable ball handler; good shooter; is capable of being a big-time scorer; excellent defender; not as strong as some of the bigger forwards, but his long arms change a lot of shots
Gerald Wallace- very good defender; has stepped up his offense; can match up with the quicker guards in the league, while still having the size to guard bigger post players
**Toss Up- Amare Stoudemire or Lamar Odom- Stoudemire can match up better against bigger, stronger post players because he has exceptional quickness for a guy his size. He can guard some of the quicker big men because of his own quickness. Odom is a big post player who can step out and hit the outside jumper. He is a respectable defender, particularly against bigger guys.
Honorable Mention- Boris Diaw, Raja Bell- Phoenix loves having guys that can play multiple positions and play them well, and these two guys are underappreciated players who have incredible versatility, particularly Diaw; Joe Johnson- bigger guard who can handle the ball and shoot over the smaller guys but is big enough to handle duties against forwards

all of my players could man up and play any 5 positions, but if i were to start them, this would be my starting line up...

PG: Boris Diaw. his big, long armed and a good passer of the ball. he may be a better passer from the post, but giving him the ball and letting him set up the plays shouldnt be a major problem. his long arms would make it hard for opposing pg's to make the tough passes against him.

SG: Josh Smith: his long arms would provide fits for players trying to score against him on the perimeter. he can get his long hands out and knock up loose balls. he also has 3 point range.

SF: Andre Iguodola: Can do it all from the swingman position. lacks a legitimate 3 point consistancy, but is a triple double threat when hes having his good night

PF: Shane Battier: tough player in the post, can step out and hit the jump shots

C: Lemar Odom: can do it all from the post. also has outside range in his shot.

Luke Walton- Nice passer, ball handler 6'8", can rebound well.
Andrei Kiralenko- Agile, but 6'11" too, can do it all.
Kevin Garnett- No brainer
Lamar Odom- Wow, Lakers have two of these guys, if only they were both healthy!
Antoine Walker- He's old now, but he still has some game.
PS- Good Question
