They mean for you stop feading your own ego at the exspensive of other peoples feelings,Or to just bring your head out of the clouds and realize although you a a precious gift you are not Gods gift to every person in the world. You may offend some people wheter you no it or not you may know that wow i'm So smart but the way you bring acroos at people may sound like this i'm so smart but you losers need a brain transplant. You feel me.Sometimes we can think so highly of our selves that we don't give other people a chance to find out on their own and give you the compliment. It's like you could be wearing it on your forehead and shouting it out that you are this or are that.Let people show you by the way they react to you and compliment you just how awsome you really are.Halla Dr. Phil !@#$ I mean War Cry is out,Peace!!!

You're probably concieted, self-centered or self-involved and the fact that you don't know what they mean by it is probably because you don't realize that you are self-centered. It's ok though. You probably have a keen knowledge of self which is a very good thing. But try making a habit of thinking about other people and what's going on with them. And it's ok to talk about what's going on with you but don't boast or brag or tune out other people and their concerns.

they mean that you love yourself no offence or nothing I don't know you or anything. Loving yourself is o.k. it's just when you do it too much people can become easily fustrated and it's there way of telling you to shut up. My advise is and once again I'm not trying to offend you is to try to keep it to yourself or tell somebody who really wants to hear what you have to say like somebody younger for example or maybe a mate who really likes hearing what you have to say

They mean to stop acting like well, for example, if you had a headache and all you complained about was it, you would need to get over yourself. Allthough the people that tell you that are usually REALLY stpid and self-centered

It depends on what context your conversation is with them... most likely it means you brag about yourself a lot, and maybe they're tired of hearing about you. Show some interest in the other person.

It means that you have too much of an ego, that you only think about yourself, and that you need to check your ego at the door, because you are not all that.

Generally (meaning, no offense), they probably think your ego is too high or that you're being very cocky and should calm down when you praise yourself too much.

I think it means "relax, it's only life". Nobody gets it right 100% of the time. Nobody is comfortable 100% of the time. It's no big deal.
Peace!
