Moltar: That is exactly correct. I wonder how two cities could be hit by the same storm, and yet react sooooooooooo differently.
Oh yeah, now I remember: New Orleans and Lousiana has been run by the Dems since the minute Reconstruction ended.

wisdom: You're obviously one of the people to whom I was referring. Federalism holds that different levels of government have different responsibilities. Defense IS a federal issue. Disaster relief for an area which refuses to help itself is NOT.

Marino: Why do so many blacks see racism in absolutely everything? There was no, repeat NO racism involved in insurance disbursements. There were just as many problems in Mississippi as there were in New Orleans. I guess you missed the stories about the suits regarding flood damage -vs- wind damage.
