It actually facilitates the access of data and can be entertaining if you want it to be. But I heard the creator of the internet was thinking about shutting the internet for good because its too corrupt or something. That would be your lucky day.

It means i go out less often than i should,but having said that it does save me some money,for instance i am currently househunting and being able to look online saves me many 400 mile round trips.
