Well techinally yes. You lived through 8 years of the 90s, but you were still a child after the new millenium started. I'm technically an 80s child as well because I was born in 1982.

i was born june of 1992, snd yeah, bro we is kids frim the 90's, in thirty years will be like hippies of the 70's, but pokemon, digimon, playstation 1, etc. kids of the 90's
