Heat of vaporization of water=540 cal/g
Heat of fusion of water = 80 cal/g

Don't worry about the vaporization. Use a covered container. The heat is required to melt the ice and heat it from 0 to 75 deg C.
Total heat = 10grams (540+75(1))= 6150 calories.
