should i sell it on ebay or something

You won't get much for it. Obviously you will get more if you add more games (put on the most expensive ones), controllers, and deleted memory cards.
You can sell it on eBay, or bring it in to a store like Gamestop.

Try selling it on ebay with some games and all the basics i.e memory card controller. EB Games can trade in for store credit but to reel in a lot of money find some desperate guy wanting a gamecube and sell it to him.

You could probably sell it with no problems on eBay. If it were me, I'd sell the console and games separately.
