1996 pontiac grand prix door locks (electrical) are stuck, I cannot close the doors. What do I do?

After washing the car, I was wiping the door jams (doors open). When I went to close the door, it wouldn't shut----looks as though the latch (on the door)that hooks around the piece on the body has stuck down and will not (even trying the manual unlock, also using the key) free itself so the lock will operate properly. Is there a reset button or could it possibly be a fuse??

Unlock it, hold the door handle up as if you were opening the door, and roll the latch with your fingers to the open position.
