Yes, I do also. My body reacts quickly to my senses.
It's a multidimensional experience.

i can feel the heat or
the coolness of an emotional release,
each feeling adhered to an emotional
episode
carries its own temperature ~
so it is always a distinction in temperature
depending on the feeling which regulates
my emotional measure ~

Mine hits me right in the stomach. When my father passed away I couldn't eat... every bit of drama and intrigue (of which I have little patience for at the best of times) ripped my tummy to shreds.
When I am excited or nervous, I get butterflies... the tickling, fluttering flying around like mad sort. Joy is similar. Calm... calm's good...
When angry... a lump. A cold, hard, bitter lump.

Somatization. Check it out. :)
I definitely feel emotions physically, but it's usually in the form of extreme tiredness or tummy upsets.
