Thomas Jefferson ,Benjamin Franklin and George Washington and probably knew each other (those 3 were at the Constitutional Convention of 1787)but not Thomas Edison because he was born in 1847 and died in 1931 so it was not possible that he would have known the other three.
Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826); George Washington(1732-1799); and Benjamin Franklin(1706-1790)

The first three were very good friends and did alot of things together, however Edision was born after two Franklin and Washington were dead. so the third is no he didn't know them. Edision never became really famous until the late 19th century
