Jesse Ventura, former governor of Minnisota has an arm band tattoo. And although I can not find a pic of it I have seen Detroit, Mayor, Kwame Kilpatrick has a tattoo as well.

I don't know if you can consider him a politician (appointed, not elected), but former Secretary of State George Schultz went to Princeton so he has a tiger tattoo.
