Well, it isn't the eyeball of a giant because it does not have an eyeball-like structure; all these weird theories about atoms being tiny solar systems fail for similar reasons. It almost certainly isn't some being's dream either, due to the way dreams work; the people in dreams are not real people but rather your projections of what you know of human behavior, and they do not possess their own minds or viewpoints.
However, it is possible that our Universe is not the last thing as you scale upwards. So something somewhere along the lines of what you see in Men in Black might be correct. You can read more about these ideas here:

Ha. Interesting question!
I personally think the universe is a giant box surrounded by white blankness. I suppose thats how it can keep expanding.
That marble idea is too complex for me. Then wouldn't the kid's universe be /another/ marble? And the dream idea? I actually like it. Not sure how it would work out...but hey, right now i'm not sure about anything concerning our universe xD

Actually, a few physicists and theologeans are starting to think we are living in a holodeck. The universe appears to be a gigantic hologram.

The universe is likely just about what you perceive it to be.
Science fiction can give you anything you want,it doesn't have to be real.

I believe we will find out the truth when we die, because to just grasp just our little peon universe itself is near incomprehensible!!!I think it will be awesome, yet very scary to actually know the truth...

No, it pretty much seems to be what we surmise it to be. Now go back to your comic books.
