im 15 5foot10 120lbs wanna get to 130-140 soon PLEASE HELP!

Ok first off dont eat alot of meals if you eat alot of times through out the day it will speed up your metabolism. Eat a PB&J before each of your meals with a glass of whole milk. This worked for me when i gained weight for football in high school.

My goodness you're skinny. I'm close to that age and height, but about 20 pounds heavier, but still in great shape. I hope this is so you can play football and have more mass to move around. I actually recomend first doing some serious weight training for as much spare time as you have. That way you'll not only be bulking up, but you'll be solid. If you just want the weight, do what everyone else does, go to Mc Donnalds and order about 3 Big Macs and super size fries, plus a large chocolate milk shake. You'll be huge in no time if you do that a few times a week. Also, drink some of that protein stuff. It tastes pretty nasty, but it helps.

I was a football player and gained ten pounds in a week by eating 2 Big Macs, 2 Quarter Pounders w/ chz & bacon, 1 small cheeseburger, 6 piece chicken Mcnugget, 2 large fries, and 2 cokes on one sitting a day---along with Dunkin Donuts in the morning and/or evening. You still have to exercise, but keep the cardiovascular to a minimum in this particular time frame. This method is quick because it involves no cooking or cleaning afterwards.

You want a diet high in protein and carbs along with a bulk weight training. Low reps, high weight. Weight train every other day to allow time to rebuild. Work on cardiovascular on off day. The off day will help lose weight, but in the long run, speed and bulk is what you want.

make sure u get plenty of protein to help build muscle. eat a pb&j with a glass of milk between meals and when working out , drink a protein shake after. good luck

5 10 and only 120 pounds? you must be really skinny. eat a lot of steak and potatoes. eat protein and carbs. and work out and get some muscles.

Mcdonalds 4 times a day. That's what i would do. Big Macs, Double Cheesburgers, Quarter Pounders, lots of greasy fries, Chicken Nuggets. damn i'm getting hungry just thinking about it.

So, eat junk food...chocolate, fast food, pasta...etc...Its not that hard...meat and potatos too...Food high in carbs is what you're aiming for...
