B) Injunction; C) Declaratory Judgment; D)at times through an injuction, but a Writ of Mandamus is used against a government. This is only one example of each. On (D), the Mandamus is more common, but an injunction would be used against an individual. (A)--absolutely not. That's a traditional law remedy, never equity.

Monetary damages are "at law", not "in equity".

B is an injuction. C is a declaratory judgment, possibly with an injunction. D is a writ of mandamus, leading to an injunction.
