Decide who you want to apply to and fill in the blank. You can decide later and have the scores sent but it will cost you more money.
Time to start getting organized, do your SAT prep practice and be thinking seriously about where you want to go to college.

It's my understanding, though, that even if you leave it blank and later decide to send scores...ALL YOUR SAT scores will be sent, even if you took it 3+ times. So on the one hand, there's really no harm in selecting the four schools now, assuming you have some sense of where you might like to go. It can save you some money. The only way SAT scores AREN'T sent now is if you "kill" the test within a couple of days of taking it, so that it isn't actually ever scored...and YOU won't know how you did on it, either.

Leave it blank for now and worry about it and submit those scores when you apply to college. It's a lot safer that way (you have a chance to retake it if you do bad). That is mainly there for people who are taking it at the last minute.

When I took the SAT's a few years ago I left that section blank. When you send in your applications to colleges, they always request your SAT scores and from the collegeboard website you can have your scores sent in to the various school to which you apply.
Some high schools (mine did) included all of my SAT (and SAT II) scores along with the transcript they sent to the colleges so I didn't have to do much. Find out from your high school if they provide that service, because if they do it'll save you some money because the collegeboard charges you to send your scores to schools.

I personally recommend leaving that section blank because it could be risky sending the college ur SAT score when u don't even know it first. Send your scores later on. It's the safest way, but will cost you money.

you can leave em blank. If you have an idea of where you want to go to, then you put those colleges in.
Sometimes it saves you the time of later having to find their application since they find out you are interested and send you one.

If you know what colleges you are interested in, fill it in. If not, leave it blank.
