I call them the 4 J's:
Jack McCoy: Law and Order
Jack Bauer: 24
Jack Malone: Without a Trace
Jethro Gibbs: NCIS
Because they are smart shows, with action and a decent plot/good writers. Sitcoms make me sick to my stomach and I refuse to watch reality TV (I mean, don't we have enough reality in our everyday lives?)

I have several but probably Stargate and Stargate Atlantis because they get to go to some cool places and I like travelling too.
Then I also like all the CSI shows - NY, LV etc because science fascinates my. It also gives me an insight into what NOT to do IF I wanted to commit a murder - you see how these people all get caught by "the evidence" they leave behind.

Heroes, because.....I don't know? I guess cause it is interesting, and the guys arn't bad too look at either. Though no one I know seems to watch it so I don't get to talk about it with anyone.

my favorite tv show is degrassi because it shows problems and discuss things that happen in teenage lives.

I love charmed, supernatural, Buffy, desperate housewives, house, csi, ugly Betty, small-ville.......... the list goes on and on!
