Why do the scientists say that they are both encountering "Global Warming" simultaneously to us?

I'd say one large fact that the "oh no we are all going to die!" crowd fails to realize, is that we are still coming out of an ice age. The earth is SUPPOSED to be warming, and although we are adding to it, the actual effect that civilization is having is rather small.

And as for the "oh but the ice caps are going to melt and flood us all!"... When water freezes, it expands, if you put an ice cube in a glass of water, the level will drop as that cube melts. If you think about an ice burg, something like 90% of it is underwater. With those facts in mind, it seems plausible that the ocean level could actually DROP as the ice melts. And if all the ice on earth melted (including anything on land, such as glaciers), the net effect wouldn't be even close to "catastrophic", unless you live right at sea level, which in that case, go to Home Depot and buy a stilt kit for your shack.

Oh, and by the way, only Saturn has SUV's the Vue.

Global warming generally refers to the unnatural heating of the earth. Unnatural, in this case, means that humans are the reason for the heating of the planet. However, the earth and all planets that act in similar ways to the earth have cyclic climates. This means that naturally, the temperature swings up and down. So it is possible that Pluto (which, buy the way, is NOT a planet) and Mars are currently in one of their natural warming trends, so in this case, they would also be experiencing global warming- but NOT the same kind of global warming that we hear about on the news.

I have never heard of any scientist saying such a thing, so I'm curious where it is coming from. Somehow I doubt that it is a credible source.

Oh yes, the answer is no, there are obviously not SUVs on Mars or Pluto.

The sun may be responsible for the other planets, but it's not the main cause of global warming on Earth.

Actual data shows it's not the suns radiation that's the major cause of global warming on Earth, it's us. Solar radiation is carefully measured. Climatologists include it in their analysis.

The results are in the report below. Increased solar radiation is 0.12 watts per meter squared. Man's warming is 1.6 watts per meter squared, more than ten times as much.

What scientists think. Not from the "liberal" media.

""While evidence suggests fluctuations in solar activity can affect climate on Earth, and that it has done so in the past, the majority of climate scientists and astrophysicists agree that the sun is not to blame for the current and historically sudden uptick in global temperatures on Earth, which seems to be mostly a mess created by our own species."
