Is there a "professional" name for it?

Like my friend works in a big house with 9
room and they are kinda like an old peoples home,
well she takes care of them every day monday - friday...
so like what would you describe her occupation as?

The term is care-giver. You can also be considered an assisted living center assistant.

They would be called "care-givers" or an "health aid" or just "aid". My mom's aid is considered family. She has been with us for 4 years next month.

Aged Care Workers if you care for more than one person. A one on one situation is a Caretaker.
