They call him either 'idiotic' or a 'evil neo-con.' In order to pursue an evil agenda, wouldn't one have to be clever? One can't be clever and idiotic at the same time. Why can't they make up their minds?

"Evil" and "stupid" are not mutually exclusive, as Dumbya has been demonstrating all his life. Evil is everything he has ever tried to do; stupid is why everything he tried ended up as an utter, miserable failure.

It's possible to be both evil and stupid, although of course an evil person is more likely to succeed at their evil plans if they are smart. Taking into account some of the things Bush has done, chances are he is at least some of either one or the other or both. Which of those isn't entirely clear though.

Cheney is the mastermind. Bush is just the figurehead. I think Bush honestly believes that we are doing a service for Iraq. Cheney KNOWS we aren't.
