You could learn a great deal from people who have been in the workforce that long.

Sure, they may not be rowdy partying on Friday Nights till dawn types, but the knowledge base would be great.

You probably would make better friends with them than the under 30 set as they are more flighty and willing to stab you in the back over a dollar.
