I like Sanjaya. I don't think he'll make it all the way, but he is a cute kid and he has the charm that little girls go for.

Sanjaya is a sucky *** singer and he looks like a girl! The reason he has not been voted off is because there are those who seem to think american idol was good in it's day and is overplayed now. So to get their point across they are voting for the worst singer in hopes that american idol show will blow up in their faces! I am not one of these but I know some who are and it causes great distress...good luck!

Actually i belive the only reason that Sanjaya is still in American Idol because 2 reasons: 1. teenage girls love him :( and 2. he grew up in Hawaii. there has been research that shows that most of his votes do infact come from Hawaii! coencidence? i think not. Ultimately Sanjaya will be the downfall of American Idol. Its is now a popularity contest not a singing contest. oh well im not destroyed by that fact!

I may be in the minority, but, I think Sanjaya is the best singer in the competition and he deserves to win. From a stricly singing talent perspective, his voice is much better than Melinda's or LaKisha's. I think his outfits and hairstyles simply detract from people hearing how good his singing is.

He's not a good singer, but he needs to win American Idol so Simon will quit and they'll cancel the show.
I can't believe Friday Night Lights is on the verge of being cancelled because of this stupid talent search. Whatever happened to recording artists earning their record deals the good old fashioned way?

Yes he should be voted out
The problem is Preteen girls has no taste and the web site vote the worst want to keep him
My six year old asked why he's singing, he's bad
At least some young people get it

is he a good singer? yes. but is he a good singer to be a top 10? not even close. He hasnt had one good performance since his audition. its unfortunate that like the presidency the votes are determined by us.

He can sing, no doubt, he has the Q factor. The question is is he better than everyone else on the show. I fear the youngsters of America will vote for him on looks alone.
