They have a mold retarding additive, ask when you go get your paint. It doesn't stop all mold but makes it less likely.

If you are having a mold problem in your bathroom getting and using an exhaust fan will keep the moisture level down and prevent mold from forming, most places they are required by code. Before you paint you MUST remove all mold, clean with a bleach solution first.

No there really isn't anything you can put in paint to prevent mold. I know that there is paint that can go for a bathroom.
But when you paint make sure too get rid of the mold before you paint, because the mold will always resurface.

There are paints being sold as mold "resistant" but not mold proof. Mold is attracted to moisture and loves dark areas. You need to get rid of the moisture problem before you can solve the mold problem.

There is a mildew preventative that you can add to paint. It is available in a little container at most paint stores. I think it would probably serve your purpose.

You can mix Kilz into your paint.
