Like 75 people have said already, it should be on your birth certificate. If you don't see it, you can most likely order one from the Records Department of the county you were born in. There will probably be a small fee, but it should be worth it, right?

Beyond that piece of paper, and if you can't find out by asking family, go with your 'gut feel' about it. Don't just guess, and don't pick a time that would provide the 'best' answer - just feel for the time that your body says is right. You need to pay close attention though - some births have long labors, and the time your body says may be different than the time you exited the birth canal; a long labor sometimes indicates that you needed some extra time, and that may be reflected in your estimate...

You can pretty much figure it out according to events. Depends how much time you're willing to spend finding out. It's called rectification. 'Course month, day and year and place are helpful!!!
But just to give you an example. Say, at three years old your mom was holding you, and wiggled or whatever and fell out of her arms and cut your lip on her shoe buckle. You would have to have had an aspect to the ascendant from mars, and would have had to have an aspect to the moon, or the 4th house or a planet in Cancer, because that speaks of your mother. Or maybe you moved to a new neighborhood at the age of 7 or whatever, that too, would show in your chart. Or if a grandparent died, or somethibg happened to your brother or sister or aunt, uncle, whatever. Because your chart isn't just you; it indicates all the people who will have an impact on you during the course of your life, and events that will happen. And the ascendant changes 1 degree (generally, as a rule ) every 4 minutes. Midheaven, well, sometimes the ascendant moves faster, sometimes the midheaven; depends where you were born. But you can adjust your chart according to life events.
Somebody had asked me before, "Well, I was adopted, so?" That doesn't matter; because that too, will show in your chart.

My friend didn't know his time and the person doing his chart "divined" it. It came out to be am and he is a morning person so I think it works to some degree. Apparently you don't need the exact time of birth just reasonably close to get an accurate chart.

Your natal chart won't be as accurate. Typically, your birth certificate contains that information. If you don't have one, write for one now! It will be handy to have when you get a passport.

It should be on your birth certificate. The hospital you were born in should have your birth records, or your state's department of vital statistcs.

It's on your birth certificate, or ask your mom.

if you know the hospital it seems they should have your birth record on file to find out.

Dude, I don't know mine...so what... just get over it. Astrology is something that if u believe it will act as u want, if you do not believe it its no good to you.
If u really believe it.. ask ur mom or close relative.
