answer 5000mg. assuming water/density of 1g/ml

5 ml of water is about 5 mg.
5 ml of mercury is about 68 mg.

The answer depends on the density of the material. If you are using water which has a density of 1mg/ml then the answer is 5mg. However if you are using liquid mercury it will weigh more.
